Our Story

Building on their success at Rainwater Grill in Hastings on the Hudson, partners Anthony Fortunate, a local family man from Briarcliff and Executive Chef Eddis Martinez bring to the table at 105-Ten their extensive business knowledge and combined experience in the restaurant industry. The duo has a strong loyalty to the Westchester community and surrounding areas and pride themselves on staying within a 400 mile radius of the 10510 zip to obtain locally grown chicken, steaks and vegetables. Many of the services used to build this restaurant were supplied locally by community members and associates of the two partners. The diverse menu offers hand-picked favorites of Chef Martinez that he has personally developed through his years in the kitchen of various restaurants throughout the tri-state area.

By giving back to the community through various charities throughout the year the 105-Ten team will continue to foster their strong community ties. One charity 105-Ten has adopted is the TLC Foundation for pediatric cancer research. For every kids meal purchased .00 will be donated towards this terrific foundation.
