gratin potatoes as jamie oliver
For 2 people
3 beautiful potatoes
2 beautiful onions
1 chicken stock broth
10 cl liquid cream
few sage leaves (I do not like, I have not put)
parmesan, salt, pepper
peel the potatoes.
Pass them to the mandolin for get thin slices, put them in boiling water for 3 or 4 min, drain them to keep some cooking water, reserve.
Pass the onions with mandolin.
In a large frying pan, sauté the onions in a little olive oil, crumble the chicken tray well, add some cooking water to the potatoes, when the onions are a bit golden "reserve.
Delicately mix potatoes and onions in a baking dish, spread well, season with salt, pepper, liquid cream and sprinkle with parmesa. Freshly grated.
And baked for a few minutes !!!
